Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Royal Tulip Chitwan, we are committed to offering a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please find below our updated cancellation and refund policy based on the type of booking made.

Standard Rate Bookings

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
  • If cancelled within 72 hours, a 50% charge will apply.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 100% charge for the first night's room rate.
  • A no-show will result in a 100% charge of the first night room rate.

Non-Refundable Rate Bookings

  • No cancellation or changes are allowed.
  • 100% of the total booking amount will be charged if cancelled.

Group Bookings (10 or more rooms)

  • A 50% deposit is required.
  • Cancellation or modifications made up to 30 days before guest arrival is free of charge.
  • Cancellations or modifications within 30 days or in the event of a no-show will result in a 100% charge of the total revenue.
