Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Royal Tulip Chitwan, we are committed to offering a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please find below our updated cancellation and refund policy based on the type of booking made.
Standard Rate Bookings
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
- If cancelled within 72 hours, a 50% charge will apply.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 100% charge for the first night's room rate.
- A no-show will result in a 100% charge of the first night room rate.
Non-Refundable Rate Bookings
- No cancellation or changes are allowed.
- 100% of the total booking amount will be charged if cancelled.
Group Bookings (10 or more rooms)
- A 50% deposit is required.
- Cancellation or modifications made up to 30 days before guest arrival is free of charge.
- Cancellations or modifications within 30 days or in the event of a no-show will result in a 100% charge of the total revenue.
